Few months ago, I got sick of my body, fat (78 kg) . so I tried to fix it , I went to the Gym, and tried to control my food. it took 4 months to be like my body in July 2013, I started my "Fat Loss" program in February 11, and the last picture was taken on July 13, 2013. so this is the result.
